I am sure many of us
already have the idea that the sweet delicious chocolate is bad for your
health, how can something so delicious ever have a good impact on your health,
most especially when you are trying to lose weight but today that Idea changes.
Chocolates are great for your health, it only depends on what type of chocolate you eat and how much you eat. The recommended type of chocolate we should consume is Dark chocolate; this type of chocolate has no milk or butter usually found in the common and most loved Milk chocolate. Dark chocolate is made of cocoa solids and cocoa butter; they are more beneficial for us than milk chocolates.
Dark chocolates include, a great source of antioxidants, ability to reduce heart disease risk, ability to improve brain function, skin protection from the sun and many more.
