Sir Shina Peters is a Nigerian afro juju songwriter and musician, he was born on the 30^th of May 1958 with the birth name Oluwashina Akanbi Peters, Shina Peters set out to be a musician at a very young age, he joined a few of his friend, formed a band and he became the band leader, some years after he left the group to start his own band that was when he took the stage name Sir Shina peters.
