Healthy Ways to Eat Spaghetti


Spaghetti is one of the quickest food one can cook, in 20mins you have your pasta and ready to devour, but we do not always eat in the healthiest way, the ease of eating spaghetti and meatballs, or spaghetti and creamy sauce is hardly avoided, this means more calories, and more unwanted health issues.


We can eat our cake and still have it, no one is saying we should abandon spaghetti but one of the healthiest ways to eat spaghetti is by adding vegetable, to make the this fairly healthy you can add a bit of carrot, fresh peppers, onions, cabbage and any vegetable of your choice to make it healthier.


Health is wealth, if you can try to make every dish healthier, you can become much wealthier.
