Cocoyam is one of Nigeria’s underrated staples, yet it is enriched with so many benefits both in the tuber and in the leaves. Cocoyam is a versatile dish that can be eaten in any form; we take look at cocoyam dishes and it's health benefits today.

The versatility of cocoyam is interesting, one can have cocoyam as porridge, chips, boiled, and even paste in form of fufu or pounded cocoyam, one can never get bored of this interesting staple food.
