Potato is an essential
ingredient when cooking various types of dishes; it can also be eaten alone in the
likes of porridge. 4 tubers of small potato are sold at 200 Naira in the
Nigerian market, and sometimes even more, if you are tired of buying potatoes
that might not be worth the price, and you don’t have farmland to plant your own potato, do not
worry this post is for you, this is a guide on how to plant and grow potatoes
in a container.
Tools;
10 litres bucket (make
sure you create drainages)
Quality soil
Potato seeds (you
should find this in any farmers market)
Water

Empty the soil into the
container, dig the soils 2 inches deep then add the seeds into the soil cover
it up and water moderately. Its takes 3-4 month for potatoes to grow, make sure
you water moderately till harvest month and be sure to have a nice harvest of
potatoes.
