Ayo Mogaji is a veteran Nigerian actress who has had over 40years of experience in the film and theater industry. Here is her classics biography.
Ayo Mogaji was born on the 9th of March 1964, as of 2021 Ayo is just 57years old, she was born in Ibadan Oyo state, born to a seriously religious home of an Islamic cleric as her father, and an educator as a mother, Ayo had a struggle before she could be accepted as an actress by her parents.
She ventured into
acting at a very young age, at around 16years Ayo was already featuring in a series
titled “Why Worry” the series was broadcasted on Nation’s television station
NTA.
Before and during her time at the university Ayo began her acting in full force, she started with the most relevant means of acting as of that time which was stage drama. She was very good at what she did, she played lead characters for plays written by the likes of Wole Soyinka Ola Rotimi, and other great play writers.
Ayo Mogaji can stand to
claim over 300 presentations on a stage play and over 80 stars in film/movies. She
has worked very in the industry; she deserves every accolade she gets. Speaking
of accolades, Ayo has won several awards and she has been nominated multiples times
for skills and accomplishments in the industry.
