Saheed
Balogun was born on the 5th of January in the year 1967, he is said to
be born in Kwara state, but he grew up in Oyo state specifically in the city of
Ibadan, there is not enough information about his family or background in
public but it is known that he was able to acquire western education at least
to the tertiary level, he also schooled in Oyo state.Saheed
began exercising his passion in acting at a very young age; he appeared on
nation television (NTA) by the age of 11, where he featured in Young Today
television program.
His first movie was in City Girls, it was in this movie he made his first full appearance, this happened in 1988. After this movie he has appeared in over 80 movies, he has also solely produced some movies which became blockbusters and won many numerous awards.

Just as much as Saheed endeavored to be the best in his career, he tried to put in much effort in his relationships but they didn’t end up as planned, he has married twice, both marriages produced 2 children each, so he has fathered 4 children. One of the marriages was between a colleague in the movie industry, he and the popular Fathia Balogun married for 12years.
So far so good Saheed
has been successful in his choice of profession; this has made him one of the most sorts after for some particular movie role. Saheed continues to be active
in the movie industry be it being a producer of the movie or a starred
actor in the movie, and we love to see more of him in the future.
