Nigerian Food: How to Make Homemade Whole Wheat Bread


How to make homemade wheat bread are...

Ingredients:

- Bread flour

- Warm water

- Salt

- Honey

- Dry yeast


Directions:

- Mix the whole wheat flour, warm water, honey, melted butter, salt and yeast together and stir together in a large bowl. Allow it to sit for about 30 to 40, this will give it room to be big and bubbly.

- Knead the bread dough by a stand mixer or by hand and divide the loaves into many parts you want. place the bread in a greased pan and allow the dough to rise above the pan at least one inch.

- Heat the oven to 350 degrees and bake until golden brown, make sure you never overbake then lightly brush the top of the loaves with 2-3 spoon of margarine.
