 5 Nigerians who are in Guinness Book of Record

Today I will be sharing with you 5 Nigerians who have made it to the Guinness Book Of Records. 

The Guinness World Record is the most trusted facts and achievements records in the world. The book is published annually with a list of human achievements in various fields of industry.

Some Nigerians have broken these records and have found themselves listed in this book.

From personal research and study, I present to you 5 Top Nigerian who made it into the Gunnies book of Records.
01- Kaffy


Kaffy whose real names are Kafayat Oluwatoyin Shafau is a Nigerian Choreographer, dancer, fitness coach and dance instructor. In 2006 Kaffy danced for 55 hours and 40 minutes with her group she organized. This competition led to her break into the Guinness book of records for the "Longest Dance Party" ever. She has been featured in almost all Nigerian Afrobeat's music videos and this  adds to her credit.


02- Chidera Anemege


Chidera Anemege is a Nigerian-American rapper. The Hip-hop rapper got his name on the Guinness World Records when he freestyled a rap for 9hours in 2011, for the longest rap.


03- David Omueya Dafinone


David Omueya Dafinone is a is a chartered accountant from Nigeria who broke the 1999 Guinness book of records for having the most chartered accountant in his family.


04- Tuedon Morgan


Tuedon Morgan is a Nigerian professional athlete who holds the Guinness book of records achievement for the fastest athlete to run a half marathon on each continent and the North pole. She finished 62 days,12 hours 58 minutes and 49 seconds in 2015.


05-Stephen Keshi


The late former Nigerian coach and player Stephen Keshi who captained the super eagles in the early 90s was also among the Guinness book of records breaker. Stephen Keshi broke the Guinness world records in 2013 before his death, He emerged the youngest player to win the African Nation cups both as a player and a coach. He won the African Cups tournament as a player in 1994 and did the same as a coach in the African cup of nation, Johannesburg South Africa in 2013.
