Agbada is a robe worn mostly by West Africa men and to a great extent, extended to the Northern part of Africa. It was first introduced to Africa by the Berber and the Arab merchant from the Middle East. The Agbada is commonly worn by the Yoruba's as either Agbada Iwole (Causal wear) or Agbada Amurode (Ceremonial wear).
The Agbada is considered expensive due to the thickness of the attire but this doesn't stop people from buying and sewing it to as most Nigerian celebrities both home and abroad rock the agbada how they please.
Women today are rocking the Agbada better than the men lol.
If you don't have the Agbada in your collection I think its high time you hit the market for some good material and lets your fashion designer do the judgment to your or their creative styling.
