Fulani Milkmaids
Fulani milkmaids are Nigerian women who are into the extraction, production and selling of milk.
The women milk about 1.5 litres per cow at least twice a day during the wet season while they reduce the milking to one per day during the dry season.
They use the money made from the dairy sales to buy grains, beverages, flavouring and other household goods.
