How to make homemade spring roll (small chops)

Spring rolls is a very popular snack in Nigeria which is also referred to as "small chops".  It can be seen served at occasions and festive parties. 

Once you can get the spring roll wrapper right, you can fill them with either vegetables or beef and they will surely taste great. 

Below is an easy recipe to make your homemade Spring roll.


Ingredients:

- Beef, Chicken or Veggies 

- Carrot

- Spices ( pepper, curry, salt, stock cubes, Onions)

- Vegetable Oil

- Green peas

- Flour (all-purpose)



Direction:

- Place your beef, chicken or veggies in a pot, add some water, stock cubes and salt for taste, then boil until the cabbage is tender.

- Add your green peas and grated carrot and simmer until they are tender.

- Heat up your vegetable oil in a pan, add your minced onion and some garlic powder so they can all fry a bit.

- Stir your minced chicken into the pan until the pink turns to white, add your curry, pepper of your choice and stock cube then mix thoroughly.

- Get another bowl and add your flour and a little water, mix thoroughly, It will be used to bind the spring roll wrappers.

- Add the filling into a spread out spring roll wrappers, fold them and seal the edges with a binder.

- Heat your vegetable oil and deep fry your springs until crusty and brown.
