One Nigerian's famous breakfast is Ogi (pap) and Akara (beans cake). It is famous because of
its richness in taste and its lightness on the stomach.
Ogi and Akara are taken
any day of the week and most times in the morning. The ogi can be gotten from local sellers or can be self-produced from maize (which takes at least 4 days) but best if gotten from the local seller, as it is prepared within 10mins. The Akara is prepared from beans and takes about 40mins.
Ogi and Akara is a balanced
diet with ogi being carbohydrate and the Akara, protein, you can enjoy your ogi with milk and your Akara with extra pepper.
This is one way to have a healthy breakfast, It keeps you satisfied all through the morning.
