Nigerian Sports: Joseph Yobo Top The Chart for Most Appearances At The World Cup For The Super Eagles

Joseph Yobo. 

Yobo played for the Super Eagles at there World Cup tournaments in 2002,2010 and 2014 and he was featured in 10 games. He joined the National Team in 2002 and played his first world cup match at the Korea/Japan 2002.
- He played as a centre back. 

- He captained the "Super Eagles" team till he retired international football in 2014.

- He was born 6th September 1980 in Kono in River state Nigeria.

- He is the current assistant coach for the "Super Eagles" and he was appointed in February 2020.
