In as much as the Nigerian economy continues to harden, and
everyone is talking about how money is hard to come by, it is amazing how there

it with such class and finesse, most especially in southwest Nigeria we want

work of the event planner, Nigeria has gone beyond the days where the bride, the
mother of the bride the secretary or HR manager will have to be the one to plan
either a wedding party or a seminar, we have embraced the culture of employing
an event planner to do these things, and this is where you come in.

if you have a passion for events running smooth, you love to go to an event that is well organized, and you believe you can execute an event, then why don’t you go
into event planning.
The industry is worth $20billion in Nigeria as at
2017 and still growing over the years. According to Tech Point Africa, Nigeria's event
industry is said to be the most extravagant in the world, event planners charge
from one 100,000 Naira to 1 million Naira per event. This is one of the most lucrative businesses
to venture into.
Although there is the need to acquire formal education in
this industry and a Degree in event planning can be of great advantage, there
are other ways to go about becoming an event planner asides from earning a degree,
you can opt-in for short and free online courses in event planning that will
also, give you a certificate of attendance, an excuse is not an option in this field.
Like all skills we discuss here, no gender is restricted to
learn this skill so you are free to join and start making a few thousand till you
get your millions.
