Mini-biography of Ex Nigeria National team coach "Shuaibu Amodu"

Shuaibu Amodu is a Nigerian footballer who played as a player and coach. His playing position during his days was a striker. He was playing for Dumez and Niger Tornadoes not until when he broke his leg which led him to quit playing as a player.
Amodu coaching career with the Super Eagle got so many complicated issues with his appointment and also dismissal saga. He was first appointed as the head coach of the National team around April 2001 to February 2002 but was dismissed from service.

He was re-installed into office back in April 2008 and sacked again in 2010. He had to deal with all the appointment and dismissal for about 5 times before he was finally replaced by Sunday Oliseh 2015. On the 10th June 2016, Amodu Shuaibu died.
