Here is how to make a lovable and enjoyable homemade egg roll. In this post, I shall be sharing the ingredients and the procedures for making it.
INGREDIENTS
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Milk flavour
- Nutmeg
- Boiled egg
- Butter
- Salt
- Sugar
- Vegetable oil
PROCEDURE
STEP 1: Boil egg in a medium-size pot, remove and drop in cool water for easy peeling of its a shell.
STEP 2: In a bowl add flour, nutmeg, baking powder, sugar, milk flavour and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
STEP 3: Peel eggshell and place in a clean bowl.
STEP 4: Add butter to the mixed ingredients and mix till it's smooth.
STEP 5: Add warm water to the mixed ingredients and mix well using one style until it makes a dough.
STEP 6: Allow the dough to rest for 5minutes.
STEP 7: Roll out dough into a ball form.
STEP 8: Spill flour on a clean flat surface for easy rollout.
STEP 9: Rub hands with flour to avoid sticking, then pick the rolled out dough neatly using your palms.
STEP 10: Flatten it on the spilt surface, pick it up, put the boiled egg at the middle of the dough, then wrap neatly.
STEP 11: Boil vegetable oil on a low light cooker.
STEP 12: Drop the wrapped dough in the boiled oil and turn with a sieving spoon till you get a golden brown colour.
STEP 13: Bring it out when it is light and not heavy and put in a basket for the oil to drain out.
YOUR EGG ROLL IS READY TO BE SERVED.
