Aso-Oke a.k.a Aso-Ofi
Aso oke a.k.a Aso-Ofi is a Yoruba traditional special handwoven cloth.
Aso-Ofi is the short form of Aso Ilu oke which means cloth from the up-country. According to history the Aso Oke has been around the 15th century and spread all around South-West Nigeria.
Aso Oke is always worn during a special occasion e.g. Naming ceremony, Festivals, Traditional marriages, and some other notable occasion.
If you have not gotten this material in your wardrobe I think its right time you hit the market for some materials.
