What Do You Know About Your History ? KOLO !!

KOLO !!

The money-saving box popularly referred to as "KOLO" is owned and adopted by the Yoruba part of Nigeria.
It's an olden day's home-made style of banking used in storing coins, paper cash, jewellery and other valuable items for future use.



Kolo is made with clay from mud and shaped in form of a round pot. It has a tiny opening at the top for the easy deposit of intended saving.
