Mindfulness: 3 Minds

 

The mind consists of three states and these are:

- Rational (or Reasonable) Mind: The mind that approaches situations based on FACTS only.

- Emotional Mind: The mind that approaches situations based on FEELINGS only.

- Wise Mind: This approaches situations based on a balanced combination of FACTS and FEELINGS.
