Instant Noodles; Correct Cooking Method and It's Benefits

Please watch one way to correctly cook instant noodles below: 





Correct Cooking Method
1. Boil in water
2. When cooked drain and throw away water because it contain preserving wax
3. Boil seasoning with very little amount of water
4. Pour drained noodles in seasoning pot, stir and allow to sit for 20 secs

Benefits of Eating Noodles
- Low in calorie, hence good for weight loss
- Contains important micro nutrient such as iron, vitamin B, folate and manganese
- Rich in Sodium
- Cures constipation especially Soba and Shirataki noodles
