Many people have tried much product to have clear skin, thousands of Naira has been spent beauty product that has so many chemicals yet they do not work, all those Instagram and Facebook beauty vendors have ripped you off your money all in the name of glowing skin yet it is to no avail. look no further because Mother Nature is here to the rescue
In this article, I will share five plants and natural products that can help you have clear, and smooth skin relatively for free.
NOTE: If you are allergic to any of the plants or natural products listed below please do not, if you are irritated after first or second use please stop use.
1) Garlic
There is no doubt that garlic has hor smell, but if you can endure this smell then you are on your way to getting that clear skin. Garlic is packed with several antifungals, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-ageing components that help to fight enzymes and acne on the skin.
Direction of use: The use of garlic is very simple, all you have to do is crush 2-3 cloves of garlic to extract its juice, add few drops of coconut oil or Olive oil to the juice and apply directly to the skin, leave the application on the skin for 10-15mins then rinse. Do this twice a week for moderate use and effective results.
You can also add garlic to your diet to help fight bacteria from inside out.
2) Aloe vera
Aloe vera is a skin's best friend, if you've ever bought a skin product that works aloe vera must be in its ingredients. Aloe vera is very active when it comes to clear skin, it's helpful to heal sunburns and stretch marks.
Direction of use: Get fresh aloe vera leaf and try to extract the gel from the centre of the leaf. Juice the gel in a blender and apply the juice directly to your skin, especially on the affected area. Use aloe vera twice a day every day for the next 28 to 30 days, you will witness a positive dramatic change.
If you can't get fresh aloe vera, you can use aloe vera oil.
3) Tumeric.
Many people avoid using Tumeric because of its colour but if it's washable why not use it.
When it comes to turmeric consistency is key, you should apply it to your face every other day.
Just like Garlic, Tumeric is packed with several antibacterial components that help you have clear skin.
Direction of use: Blend two sticks of Tumeric, adding just a quarter of a cup of water, once the Tumeric is well blended add a tablespoon of honey and mix it all together, apply the mixture to the skin, leave the application on the skin for 25-30mins then wash it off.
Use detergent to clean any Tumeric stained surface and use your face soap to wash off the stains gently from the skin.
4) Lemon
Lemon is a very good fruit that helps with getting smooth clear skin, it's natural vitamin c nutrients helps to fight against breakouts, blackheads, dead skin and pimples. It is very much affordable and very effective.
Direction of use: To use Lemon for your skin, get on a medium-sized Lemon, squeeze out the juice, for a concentrated use (which is highly effective but must be carefully used) take up a ball of cotton wool, sink it into the lemon juice and dab it on your face, do not scrub, just dab.
For a less concentrated use, add double the amount of water of the extracted juice and dab it on your face using a cotton ball. Let the liquid dry on your face for 10mins and then rinse. For Concentrated use do this every other day, for less concentrated use do this once every day for the next two weeks.
5) Honey
Honey is not medicinal for intake use only but for external application also. To get that soft, smooth, and clear skin you need undiluted Honey diluted honey can worsen the condition of your skin if used.
Direction of use: To use honey for clear skin, wash your face with soap, dry it and apply a reasonable amount of honey on the skin, rub the honey into your face for about 60seconds then rinse it off. Do this twice a day every day for the next one month, you will definitely see effective results.
