Our three-ingredient cookie is so yummy, Butterfield, and crispy. This recipe can be made in 30mins and will taste just great, and rich. In this article, I will take you through the step-by-step process of baking this extraordinary tasty cookie.
For this baking experience, you will need the following ingredients

for this kind of cookie, you have to understand the butter, sugar, and flour ratio. For every one cup of flour, you will need half a cup of butter and a quarter of a cup of sugar. in this article, I used 1/2 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of butter, and 1/3 cup of sugar, I really didn't need a lot of cookies.
Now that we know all the ingredients needed for the cookies, here comes the process.
To begin the process, empty the butter into a mixing bowl and you can use either a hand mixer or use spatula to mix the butter for about 5mins, then add the sugar.

Mix both ingredients together for another 5mins, by now you should have a well-combined batter, now you can add the flour into the batter. (its time to get your hands dirty) once your flour is added you have to use your hands to mix all ingredients together it should feel sandy and buttery. Once the ingredients are mixed together, take the mixture out of the bowl to a clean surface. then knead it like dough.

After the ingredients are well kneaded, you have to roll up the dough, into a plastic bag or a Ziploc bag, then toss it in the freezer for at least 30mins. The freezing helps the sugar caramelize and reduces the enzymes in the flour.

After you take the dough out of the freezer preheat your oven on low heat, then cut the dough into slices, the slice does not have to be thin, a bit of thickness will be good. Then after, grease your baking pan with butter and then arrange the cookies on the pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 18mins.
The cookies will be well baked in 18mins but if you feel it's not enough the bake for a max of 20mins, once baked take out your cake and let it cool for 5mins.
