Helen is an actress, a voice-over artist, comedian, and master of events.
She was born on the 29th of January in the year 1978 in Lagos State, she acquired her early education in the same state, one of the schools she attended was Fadeyi Omiyade School Lagos.
Furthering her education, she attended the University of Lagos for her Bachelor's and Master's Degree. She recently acquired her Ph.D from the same University all degrees majored in Theater Arts.
She began her career at the Eko Remix studio, she worked as a front desk officer, afterwards several opportunities showed up and she took it, like being a voice-over artist for radio jingles, being Tatafo on Radio Continental on the popular Wetin Dey show.
Helen has featured in over 20 movies and released several songs of her own.
Helen Paul is married to Femi Bamisile and the couple are blessed with children.
