Ogi (Akamu, Pap, Koko) is a popular food among the Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo tribes of Nigeria. 

It is a simple thick, creamy and silky smooth Nigerian breakfast made from fermented corn. Ogi may be eaten with Akara, beans or Moin-Moin.
Akamu health benefits are enormous which includes but not limited to regulating blood pressure, a rich source of energy, Improves kidney health and very healthy for nursing mothers.
