- He made his debut for the "Super Eagle team" at a friendly match against Uganda on the 20th of November 2018.

- He was born in Amaokwe Ugba Ibeku Abia State on the 22nd of May 1999.

- Samuel is a professional footballer who played as a winger for the National Team.

- He was signed from a local based Diamond Football Academy to join Villarreal CF.

- He made his Laliga Satandaer debut on the 4th of November 2018 for Villareal CF against Levente.

- His football passion is mostly inspired by the legendary Nigerian Jay-Jay Okocha who he said he used to watch on TV.

- He was mentored in football by Hon. Victor Apugo but his style of play has been compared over the years to Arjen Robben.

- Samuel attended Evangel Secondary school and government college in Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria.

- Nigeria Football Federation 2018 edition awarded him the Young Player of the year in April 2019.
