Garri is a popular West African food made from cassava tubers. It is a major food in Nigeria as it's a quick alternative to most food due to it's affordability, availability and ease of preparation .
The most common type of garri is Garri- Ijebu (Garri made in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, Nigeria).
