Snails are very common little creatures that can be easily overlooked but little do people know that the meat contains a significant amount of nutrients that are good for both internal and external health.

- They help reduces high blood pressure
- They are good source of Iron, Protein, Zinc, Omega 3 and Vitamin B12
- Snails help prevent stroke
- Snails help fight diabetes
