6 Easy and Free Tips To Make You Sick-Free

2020 was a year when almost everyone began to take extra care of themselves, Corona Virus came with a reckoning. The fact that you are alive to read this, should make you feel lucky. Living a sickness-free life is a conscious habit, there are so many things you have to consider if you actually won't be ninety and healthy. In this article, we are going to be looking at 6 easy tips you should adopt if you don't want to ever use your health insurance or go to the hospital.

1) Eat healthily:  Eating healthily means eating in moderate proportions, avoiding junk, and eating fresh foods. The activities mentioned are things you should imbibe. if you feel you don't feel satisfied until you eat a lot of food, then try drinking a cup of water before every meal, this should help you feel satisfied after each meal. you can try to avoid junk like processed or fast foods and carbonated drinks, instead, take self-made meals, and juices as drinks. Eating healthily helps you avoid sicknesses like food poisoning, diarrhea, and many ailments that can come from uncooked, undercooked, unhygienic, or too much food. Just remember moderately is key.

2) Eat vegetables and fruits: Fruits and vegetables might not be your favourite but remember that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. consuming fruits and vegetables helps boost your immunity, it replenishes lost vitamines, some help with your diets and skin. There are so many affordable fruits and vegetables, especially in Nigeria. In Nigeria, you can get an apple for at least N150 and three balls of oranges for N100, they are all affordable, at least once a day. 

Understandably, vegetables are not the most enjoyable to eat, but you can as well have some with your meals, dice in some carrots into your spaghetti and rice, or even make a vegetable soup. the end goal is to get that nutrient in the vegetable into your system. and they are very affordable also. find your own way to enjoy and eat them. 

3) Drink water: This is one of the most healthy activities that has been underrated. usually, an average person should take eight cups of water, but for your remembrance, you should drink water at least 5 times a day, one cup for breakfast, another for lunch, and another for dinner take one cup between after and morning and another between lunch and dinner. Water rejuvenates your spirit, restores lost fluid through urine and sweat. there are various components in water that helps with healing and clarity. drink water as frequently as possible and make sure you drink clean water.

4) Exercise: Exercising cannot be overemphasized when it comes to being healthy. keeping fit and working out even though the easiest type of workout routine. You should take a  walk for at least one hour three times weekly, you can add other types of exercise like jumping jack, lunges, skipping, and many more. Do something that will make you sweat. burning toxic substances out of your body through heat.

5) Rest: Rest is so underrated, especially in this generation where you are tagged lazy if you even try to rest, but your body needs to recharge to keep you moving. the lack of rest can cause heart failure, heart attack, many more ailments that you might not even think about. if you cannot afford a vacation or a week off, try to take at least 7 hours of sleep every day don't deprive yourself of the rest you deserve. Take the break when you need it, it will help you achieve the most of your goals and keep you sickness-free. 

6) Avoid drug abuse: The only reason you should be popping any medicine is if you don't feel well, and if you by any chance feel sick that means you have not followed the tips explained above. yet if you by any chance have to use a pill for pain relief or to cure a sickness, try not to abuse it. Use your medicine at the appropriate time, following the exact dosage, this way you will be healing like you should and won't add another sickness to yourself.
