Ata din din (scotch bonnet stew) which is made with ata rodo (also known as scotch bonnet, bonney peppers,  Caribbean red peppers and Habanero peppers) comes in different shapes is grown mainly in the Northern part of Nigeria.

The stew can be flavoured with green/yellow pepper, ginger and garlic.

- Roasting (Italian method)
