Erin-Ijesha
waterfall (also known as Olumirin waterfall) at Oriade local government in Osun state is said to have been discovered in 1140 After the death of Christ,
by Oduduwa’s daughter. Other stories have stated that it was discovered by a group of
hunters but no matter what the story says the facts remain that it was found
around the same time.
The gate fee is
just 500naira; this is for both adults and children. If you stay in Osun state
take a trip to the sites and if you don't, make sure to add it to list of must-visit places.
