Olufela, Oludotun Ransome-Kuti popularly known as Fela Anikulapo Kuti was an icon, a man who used music as a weapon and as well as instruments in his activist acts. Fela was a great  Nigerian songwriter, musician and bandleader, who played multiple musical instruments. He was multitalented.

Fela was born  15^th of October 1938 and died 2^nd of August 1997. He is the pioneer of the popular Afro beat genre which gave him the name "Baba" and has created many hit songs with this beats and they include:

*Deadybody and many more.

Fela Anikulapo is a legend and his music has received much recognition internationally over the decades. His music keeps inspiring many youths in Nigeria to date. Many of his songs are available online, you can stream them to enjoy authentic afrobeat music.
